Viel probiert und viel getragen aber dieses Shirt macht ein hohes Tragekomfort.Sehr weich auf der Innenseite und leicht wärmend.Dennoch hält es auch den Wind ein wenig aber und gibt den Oberkörper eine Hülle von sportlicher Wärme oder heiß oder kalt zu werden.Für mich ein top Shirt und jetzt mal schauen was die Zeit mit sich bringt.

Peso 78kg per 186cm ma la M mi sta abbondante sia sul busto che nelle braccia. Tessuto non felpato quindi immagino più adatto in autunno o primavera. Non usato per la corsa in quanto vista la taglia errata farò il reso.

For $25, this is a steal. The fabric is light and breathable; it is perfect for running in somewhat brisk early morning PNW conditions. Construction quality is good, particularly given how light the material is.That being said, don't listen to the few folks that say this runs small. I'm 5'11'' and 170 pounds with a somewhat muscular build, which means my size is between a small and a medium depending on the brand and how much pizza I've been eating. The medium drapes loosely over my body and the sleeves are about two inches too long. If anything, these run LARGE. I wouldn't say to outright order a size down, but if you're generally between sizes like I am, you should order the smaller size and save yourself the hassle of a return.

This is a very comfortable 'base layer' that I wear under a t-shirt while running. The thumb holes are great and as I don't like wearing gloves they keep my hand half covered.I have found the media 'pocket' a bit on the small side especially for the newer, bigger smart phones (I use Strava on my mobile to track my running) and was also uncomfortable when my mobile was inside so I just store my house key in it; I wear TCA running shorts that have zipped pockets and they are ideal to keep my mobile in.Unfortunately after just a few washes (I have washed the item on a gentle 'wool' wash at 30 with no fabric conditioner) I have found that the top has lost quite a bit of elasticity and the sleeves have become 'baggy' so I may have to invest in another company's running top when it becomes unwearable.Overall a comfortable top that is not too tight but don't expect it to last long.
