For the price, these are fantastic. I run two in parallel with a 295w solar panel via MPPT controller. Usual setup for campervans.Regards charging... I've rarely managed to charge at higher than 12amp courtesy of the UK weather. I've charged using a Genius10 at 10amp. No problem at all and I hope to see close to 20 amp one day.Discharging... I've had plenty of experience with this. I've ran a 2200w kettle via 300w renogy inverter. Provided your circuit breaker is up to snuff, they gave out 185 amps with no problem at all. 800w microwave pulls 115 amps. Each battery can give out 100 amp so as you can see, getting pretty close to theoretical limit and all is fine.For those wondering about lifepo4 voltages, i've taken to charging at 14.2v with a short absorption time and a bulk rate at 13.4... The idea being that 13.6 is 100% charged and 13.4 is 99%. (lifepo4 is an incredibly flat voltage range except at the extremes) In reality, I tend to see voltages in the low 13.30s quite a lot before the sun goes in - which I believe to be around 80-85%. And I do t go below 12.9... So I believe I'm running the battery in a 20% to 85% range which should give good life expectancy.I'd happily add a third in to my system if the price dropped a little more.Not a fault of the battery itself but I notice there is now a bluetooth version. If I were buying fresh again and designing/building my solar, I'd go with the Bluetooth version just because direct data from the battery would be cool to add into the mix of solar and battery monitor data.That said, what I had at my disposal at the time... One of the few purchases I am 100% happy with.

The charging lend comeswith a two pin plug, don't use a shave plug because they only have a 1amp fuse holder and not suitable for changing unit,best to buy from Amazon suitable 13amp fuse aAdaptive plugs and don't cut the lendtill you know the battery is ok, the transformer charger give off smell which is the compound for keeping theComponents safe from overheating.On my test ,I run 1.7lt kettle,boiled up6 time and then need charging again , with know problems, I also bought charging from Amazon, which does a great job with theses batteries ,it 20-Amp LifePo4 Charger brand name HAISTO, it also charger the battery up much quicker with safety of battery .I had this battery nealy 6 months and it has not let me down so far.
