I used this for my cell phone while running deliveries for DoorDash. So and go connect and disconnect frequently. Yet the optimate kept my phone charged and above 80% all day. The ordering, delivery,and packaging 📦 were exalting what I'd expected. I am very pleased.Thank YouExcellent Service!

Jag fick inte artikeln 108 ”kit” utan bara 108 utan säkrings tillägget. Utöver det låg det även fel produkt i förpackningen så osäker på hur seriöst denna säljare är.

First, it's great to not have a USB cable running from the USB under the seat to my phone. I now have a nice, discreet USB zip tied to the phone holder mount and use a short, 6" cable. Couldn't be happier. I give the product five starts. I give the company ten stars. I had a wee issue with the unit a few months after purchase. I emailed Tecmate. They responded almost immediately with a full resolution to the issue. They even texted the next day to make sure everything was ok, got me in touch with one of their technicians (phone or email, whatever was convenient for me). The response was, basically: Whatever you need, exchange, tech help ... anything ... let us know and we'll take care of it. Fantastic service.

I like the product and the design but one thing really disappointed me. It eventually drains the battery even with no usb device plugged in. Installed on 14 December 2022 and it appeared to function as advertised. I went to start the bike on 1st January 2023 and the optimate had completely drained the battery. The bike could not be started. Barely a click let alone movement from the starter motor. So what they don’t tell you is the monitoring function uses a significant amount of power and does not truly disconnect when the battery is low. It just keeps on draining the battery. Quite a misleading specification and a risky item to leave attached to your bike. So now I will have to go back to disconnecting the SAE connector when I’m not riding the bike. This for me was the whole point of getting the optimate. Oh well. Nice idea but failed in practice.
