Not fully compatible with gopro11.We didn't state that the remote would work with the GoPro 11 until the gopro 11 was released (before September 15), and it wasn't until the new camera was released that we discovered the problem and upgraded our remote system.When did you buy it? Can you provide me with your order number? Or if you did not purchase it on the official website, you need to go to the store where you purchased the item for after-sales service.Best regards

Bought this remote because I wanted the negative LCD (black background with white lettering). When I got it, it appeared the same as the slightly cheaper Telesin remote which has the blue background. Contacted Telesin and they said this is the upgraded version with better daytime visibility. Maybe true - but why not update the product listing so people wanting the black LCD aren't surprised? Also, the model number of this supposedly upgraded remote seems to be the same as the cheaper one (GP-RMT-T10). Telesin should fix this listing to clarify how the remote actually looks.As another reviewer mentioned, the strap is nearly useless as the Velcro pads are on the wrong side (hook on the same side as loop). You have to awkwardly twist or fold the end of the strap in on itself, to jerry-rig it loosely on your wrist. This is another mistake that should have been caught. It is definitely not secure enough for any active sport.The good news? Well, the remote does work and even powers on my GoPro 10, which supposedly is a feature missing from the cheaper Telesin GoPro remote. It would have been an easy five star review if not for the strap design and the misleading product pictures.

When I received the remote I was very excited about the use of the product. I was going to use it for remote control of GoPro 11 from a distance of 25 feet while I used another camera for a different angle. I charged the battery full and paired it to my camera the night before the shoot. I turned the camera on in one hand and the remote in the other. The remote kept telling me there was no SD card in the GoPro. It would turn the camera off, but not on. You could not get it to start a video. Totally missed the shoot.I would not recommend this remote at all. If you need one go with the original GoPro remote. This one is going back today. Stay away.....
