As far as antennas for handies go this is a big improvement over shorter aerials. At present time the repeater on vhf to me is not operating, I have no way to be sure of the improvement!With the stock antenna, my local radio station is only a hiss on fm but with it extended up all the way, it is fully quieting- there's no hiss! Outstanding! As long as it doesnt fall over and get broken it should be good for the more distant stations!Recommended- yes definitely.

... à part la couleur noire, fonctionne comme n'importe quelle antenne télescopique de cette longueur.Utilisée avec un walkie-talkie Baofeng à la place de l'antenne d'origine bien plus courte, elle améliore le signal, mais attention, c'est au prix d'une directivité accrue, son orientation joue alors beaucoup sur la qualité du signal. En UHF, la pencher dans la direction de l'émetteur (ce n'est pas spécifique de cette antenne, plus une antenne est longue par rapport à la longueur d'onde, plus son diagramme devient directif, et aussi le nombre de lobes augmentent).
