3l is good quantity for a 10 gallon aquarium. I had some plants that were struggling without a good soil. So planted them in this and now they are slowly gaining health. This aquasoil comes at a better price vs the competition. The texture is good and it releases a bunch of nutrients that supports plant growth. But you need to rinse it multiple times before adding to the aquarium as it tends to have a lot of impurities that need to be washed off.

Seems like a great product so far. Since the seller tells buyers to wash it thoroughly( on the backside of the bag) before use, to remove the dust, I'm okay with it. But please, do so!! You don't want this mess in your aquarium.
