I bought this because of my good experience with the TFA Dostmann 'Ratio' Radio Thermometer which I bought on Amazon in 2012 and worked without faults and with just 2or3 battery battery replacements for nine years. The outdoor temperature transmitter failed recently and I replaced it with what I thought was a more recent and simpler model.A bad move, this 'Prisma' model simply doesn't work. Connects with the the outdoor transmitter but displays random temperatures wherever it is located, indoors or outside. The Amazon return system only gives the choice of UPS for returns and requires printing and signing commercial invoices to return it to Amazon in Munich, Germany

Arrivato privo di batterie. Occorrono due AAA per la base interna mentre il trasmettitore esterno richiede due batterie AA nuove o ben cariche, altrimenti non si connette.La base riceve bene il trasmettitore esterno posto a 10 metri con due muri in mezzo.Istruzioni in 4 lingue anche in corretto italiano.Display con cifre grandi ben contrastato.Indicazione delle temperature in accordo con altri termometri che ho in casa.Premendo il tasto max/min mostra le temperature massime, poi le minime, poi ritorna al normale. Si può scegliere se azzerrare automaticamente ogni giorno oppure lasciarle sempre con azzerramento manuale.Impostazione dell'orologio molto semplice per ore e minuti.
