Maalesef aldığım ürün işe yaramadı. talimatlara uygun şekilde kullanmama rağmen yağ ısısını eksik ve alakasız gösteriyor min 4o-5o derece. Satıcı hakkında yorum yapamam ama termometre'yi tavsiye edemicem.

Per quel che costa non è che si pretendano prestazioni superlative. L'inidcazione della temperatura è ovviamente relativa, ha i suoi tempi di reazione ma per cucinare senza prestesa da grandi chefbasta e avanza.La molla di fissaggio al bordo del recipiente non lavora bene con pareti della pentola sottili (scivola) e il quadrante tende a riempirsi di umidità (non è mai stato immerso in acqua), che poi evapora.

For our frequent deep fried culinary adventures I simply need a proper thermometer that I can stick to the side of a pan and importantly that measures heat to over 200 C, most cooking- and oven thermometers don’t go that high and are only to measure the temperature of meat. So I was glad to find this one for an acceptable price.This is a good, sturdy brushed metal cooking thermometer that I love and would highly recommend. It is reliable, heat resistant and can be easily cleaned. In particular the pan clip is brilliant and simply crucial for when I make Fish & Chips, Churros , Prawn or Vegetable Tempura, Milanese or Fired Chicken for Katsu Curry - my kitchen skills continue to improve gradually so I’m embarking on tasty new culinary adventures. However you need a proper thermometer to get your oil up to 185 degrees. I made the initial mistake to buy an electronic thermometer with a lengthy pin. But that lacked the pan clip. Also that one just switched off after a few minutes and eventually got soaked by oil after the first time use. The point is that you’ll need to monitor the temperature of your oil constantly before and while frying, and this thermometer is perfect for that. Of course, the clip can be removed so that it leaves you with a thermometer to check the inside of meats - but personally I don’t use it for that as I don’t want to cut the meat before serving and let the juices drip out (I tend to rely on my timer).This is actually the second thermometer of this type that I ordered, I also wanted to keep one in a home abroad to be able to surprise my dinner guests with my fried delights.
