Beautiful but the adhesive is not good

I'm torn between giving these 3 or 4 stars. They look and feel like real wax seals, which is a plus, but the adhesive on the back isn't strong. I don't have confidence that these would make it through the mail on envelopes as they'd slide off. I think these would go best for hand-delivered letters or even as a nice touch to party favor boxes that folks can grab as they're leaving the party. For that reason, I'm giving it 4 since they can be used, but I tend to use wax seals on letters and cards that I send and I don't tend to throw parties that often. I would have liked for the adhesive on the back to be stronger than what it is, though the color is nice (more like a brown/rust color rather than gold).

These Thank You gold wax seal stickers arrived today. I don’t think they’re real wax - but they mimic it very well. I opened them up and yes…I can use them on handmade cards and on thank you gifts and envelopes (I wouldn’t put them on cards going through the mail because they might get caught in the post office machines like real wax seals can).I think they are a nice embellishment for small crafty handmade projects.

These are the sweetest things!!! So cute! They're smaller than I thought they would be, but they are still perfect. They adhere well to tissue paper or envelopes. I've had so much feedback about how great my packaging is with these stickers. It's super easy to apply and place on any item. Heavily recommended item.
