The Grief Deck: Rituals, Meditations, and Tools for Moving through Loss

As a gift for my Mom and a gift for me, it speaks to so many flavours of grief on so many levels. Really beautiful.

A friend recommended this deck to me because I lost my son three months ago. The cards are lovely and the rituals are helpful. I just got the deck yesterday so it's new to me. But scanning through the cards I can tell they will be helpful in my grieving journey.

I bought this grief deck for myself following my mom’s passing. I felt like I was stuck and that I was distracting myself so I wanted to push myself to grieve. When I opened the deck, I let the photos guide me and the first card I picked up was the Ritual of Remembrance- where it discussed her mother’s death and gave a beautiful quote + activity.This deck is full of super cool and diverse images. The short instructions also opened my mind up to doing this with my partner - who is experiencing a similar grief of their own. I absolutely love it just from opening it.Also loved the digital feature!The only con was the card box was a little bit dented/chipped - but I would take this deck on any condition because it seems that it will be so helpful.
