Needed to fix MIL on yamaha using odb2, this adapter works great for my 6 pin mt09

While not having the most modern bike (mine is a 2014 model) it still requires and obd2 reader and the adapter, everything I've read confirms this. Having seen the good rating I bought it. In the process of plugging it onto my bike I found it didn't fit at all. It even broke a plastic lug inside because my plug doesn't have the space to accommodate it. I won't deny I gave it a good push after lining the pins up which may have caused the damage as it wasn't attaching.

Used on my vulcan 650 s as an adapter with a cheap diagnostic reader. Cleared o2 sensor fault. Perfect.
