This does exactly what I need it to. Very thorough at blocking wind noise when recording with a field recorder. I use this on my Roland R05 recorder and it fits really nicely.It’s obviously not going to stop extreme winds, but I have recorded in some pretty breezy places with this when coupled with good mic positioning.Unlike others I have bought previously, it has yet to lose any of its fur despite being thrown around a bit and squashed in bags.
