The Unemployed Philosophers Guild Bob Ross magnetische poppenset

The magnets are cute for the most part. There is no magnetic board to put them on and they're not very strong. I tried to put one of the magnetic paintings on the easel but it would not stick. For what I paid for this it should have a magnetic board or something to go with it. It is truly like a paper doll. I like it but I don't love it and I'm a little regretful that I spent the money.

I gave this 4 stars because it didn’t come with a magnetic board, and Bob could have had a few more outfits. Other than that, it’s a lot of fun, and one of my many little “distractions” that I bring with me to chemo. This makes a fun pastime, and a good conversation piece. All the nurses seem to enjoy it as well. I’m planing to buy a small magnetic board from Amazon, but in the mean time, I had a bigger dry erase board. What makes this so wonderful, is that it’s Bob Ross. I always feel happy when I think about him, and have reminders of him scattered around my house for that reason. Fellow cancer warrior, talented artist, nature lover, and friend, Rip Bob Ross. We all love you!!

How could you not love a Bob Ross dress up doll? It has lots of fun accessories and is a great concept. Some of the pieces are meant to be layered, however, and the magnets aren’t strong enough to keep them adhered to a vertical surface when stacked. So the cute little paint brushes and hats, etc. are very likely to end up on the floor and be lost under the fridge or swept up.

Wish the magnets would stick better. But all and all my daughter still loves it.

Used this in my art class. After a few days of students arranging the pieces, already 5 of them have had the printed image peel off of the magnet. Very disappointing. Had a similar Frida Kahlo set from a few years ago that never had this issue.
