It would have been a 5-star if it worked for me. It didn't work for me and I wish I could make a review without giving a rating. I'll give it 4 to be fair.I bought it for mounting an AM4 cooler (the Black Ridge) that mounts by M3 screws from the back. The original backplate is #6-32 threaded which is not a clearance hole for M3, but this backplate is M4 threaded, which is a close fit.Build quality-wise it is very well made. The machined surface is well polished and all corners are chamfered with no burrs.However it is too aggressive with the SMD component cutout. I have a ASRock B650E PG-ITX WiFi board, where are one or two capacitors that conflicts with it. If the cutout is enlarged by ~2mm it should comfortably clear everything.IMO it would be nicer if the manufacturer could offer a mounting template that can be printed so people can test fit before they buy. It would also be nice if they can compile a motherboard compatibility list.

Es ist ja schön, dass es das Ding gibt. Aber die Quadratische Aussparung in der Mitte ist zu klein. Zumindest für mein Motherboard, NZXT b650 E.So berührt die Platte immer noch einige Lötstellen und liegt daher nicht plan auf.Zum Glück bin ich handwerklich halbwegs gut aufgestellt und konnte die Aussparung mit dem Dremel vergrößern.Trotzdem wäre es schön, wenn das Ding von Haus aus auf alle gängigen Motherboards passen würde.

Unfortunatelly, the product is not compatible with my mainboard (ASRock B650I Lightning WiFi) and there are some reviews also mentioning incompatiblity with other ASRock boards.Im my case the middle cutout would need to be bigger to make space for components like capacitors.Quality seems o.k. though.
