Tried a low profile heatsink (5mm high) for a Samsung 970 EVO Plus but it barely kept it cooler. The SSD sits between the CPU and GPU and doesn't seem to get enough airflow. The heatsink fits perfectly without touching the Thermalright Phantom CPU cooler or the GPU.Went from:Idle: 50°CLoad: 64°CTo:Idle: 38°CLoad: 43°C

Es el mejor disipador pasivo (sin ventilador) que he probado.En mi servidor el kingston fury renegade 4TB (muy poco eficiente y memorias en la dos caras):idle 26-28°Test escritura superficie: 55°La temperatura de placa base marca 33°Mi PC está peor ventilado (temp placa base 40°). El mismo SSD con este mismo disipador:Idle: 33°Test escritura superficie: 64°Con todos los demás disipadores se iba a 74° y hacía throttling.100% recomendado

Je ne sais pas si ça améliore tant que cela la dissipation en charge constante. Dans mon cas je sollicite mon SSD à fond pendant quelques minutes de temps en temps lors de sauvegardes automatiques. Ce dissipateur me permet d'ajouter de l'inertie et d'éviter les pertes de performances lors des pics de charge.

Ich baue einen lüfterlosen PC und hatte daher die Samsung 990 pro mit Heatsink verwendet. Das war ein totaler Reinfall, weil der Metallkloss dieser SSD den Namen Heatsink nicht verdient. Die wurde viel zu heiss. Im zweiten Anlauf habe ich dann die normale 990 pro genommen und diesen HR-09-pro-Kühler. Ergebnis: 20 Grad weniger als vorher. Ein Traum und die Montage ist auch kinderleicht. Natürlich passt das Ganze jetzt nicht mehr in den M2_1-Steckplatz, weil der ebenfalls nicht ganz kleine Noctua NH-P1 CPU-Kühler im Weg ist. Aber im M2_2-Slot tut die SSD genauso gut und läuft jetzt richtig "cool".Im Wärmebild rechts die 990 pro Heatsink und links die 990 pro mit HR-09 währen des Klonvorgangs.
