I had to replace the original unit from my coffee machine due to leaking water through a crack in the wall of the assembly block (which took quite a bit of effort to locate the fault). This replacement came new.This was a perfect fit for my Delonghi Magnifica S coffee machine which is now producing coffee as good as when it was new. It comes with the microswitch, regulator and all of the internal O-rings except for the three O-rings that fit the three narrow nylon hot water tubes so you need to make sure you remove those O-rings from the old assembly. This is a bit fiddly to replace but anybody can do it if you've got some thin nosed pliers, a philips screwdriver, a small flat head screwdriver (to remove old O-rings and wire clips from the nylon hoses) and Torx drivers T20 and T25. You can repair this within an hour, the fiddly bits are removing the old assembly it's a bit of a tight fit and then replacing it with the bottom to hoses attached first and the hose to the coffee spout, after that you can feed the other hoses back through and fit those. Top tip with the thin nylon hoses is put the O-ring on the hose first then it'll click in to the assembly block to allow the spring holding clip to slide on easily. Top tip: remove the coffee beans out of the hopper unit before taking off the back cover (5 torx screws), then slide off the side covers, then top cover (4 philips screws). Remove front panel (remove the steamer knob by pulling it off, remove the steamer itself by removing then metal fixing clip then it'll slide out), remove the plastic steamer assembly (2 screws), remove the coffee spout assembly to fit the tube from the replacement assembly block. The assembly has 4 screws, two are Torx T25 with a holding bracket, two are philips screws that are fixed to the coffe machine frame.
