I bought this product earlier this year to use after I had my knee op & was on crutches so I could carry hot & cold drinks in a bag around my neck from kitchen to lounge.It looks good & the stainless steel inside keeps the contents either hot or cold.There is no after taste if you ensure you follow instructions to give it a good soapy wash before use.It is easy to hold & drink from though I prefer to take the lid off.The one drawback found is the lid & specifically the closing mechanism to either drink or not. As others have observed it doesn't stay closed which I found out the first couple of times of use where I had a wet bag from leakage. Solved that by having to wrap it in a tea towel.That's my solution but anyone wanting to carry it in a back pack or any other receptacle would find that very annoying.If the manufacturer could solve that small problem they would end up up with a 5☆ product at a very competitive price.It's helping me carry my morning tea each morning & keeping it hot so I'm happy.

Got this for someone as a gift. Certainly keeps the drink hot for a long time. Nicely made and love the colour. Good sturdy handle and has not leaked at all. Does what it’s suppose to do!

I bought this so I could have my coffee in the car on the way to work. The problem is that once you have drank half of the hot drink, the closer i”on the lid will not stay open. It slides shut every time meaning that you have to remove the lid to finish the drink!I have now bought a much cheaper one that works perfectly.

Nice quality and colour. As well as keeping your drinks hot its design makes it look really good. Once filled it keeps your brew warm for the standard time. It is easy to use, clean and maintain.

Does spill if it's tipped over.Doesn't keep coffee hot for long periods, but I want that as I usually make a cup and drink as I'm going so cooling down quickly helps. Handle can get in the way and the main body doesn't get hot so tend to use that. Dropped one and the handle broke so bought another so it must be pretty good?! Not dishwasher safe as a soft bit on the bottom.
