Very glad to have invested in this. I did have one but it took for ever to reach the temperature, whereas this one is instant. I use it for chocolate and confectionary making and sometimes jam. I can't really say much about the quality, it seems good and I hope it lasts.

Easy to use and a good price. Fast results and folds securely when not in use. BargainOnly criticism is that it would have been nice to have suggested temperatures that meat etc should be.

I like that the probe folds and is easy to store as well as being easy to use.
