My wife is happy with the product. A good replacement of our old thermal pot (non Thermos brand). Delivery was quick from Japan and got it before its due. The only minor issue is the glass lid which sips dirt on its side but with small bristle brush it can be removed easily. There is an option it stainless steel cover though. Overall it is Highly recommended.

This is a well made product. This product seems to be sold in the Japanese market since all accompanied literature is in Japanese. It would be helpful if there were some brief safety instructions in English for the U.S. market.

As a busy mom, I like how I can boil a pot of beans, stews, put inner pot back into outer pot then leave for a for a few hrs to continue cooking and come back to still hot ready to eat food.
