I’ve purchased this same type (look and logo identical) of travel mug from another company before, and they are seriously impressive. A while back, my husband left one of these mugs on the car roof and drove off. After nearly a kilometer, it fell off on a curve, got run over, and bounced between a few cars. Despite all that, it survived with just two small dents and a few scratches on the cap. Most of the liquid stayed inside the mug, which was incredible. I’ve also put these mugs in the dishwasher (even though it’s not recommended) without any issues.However, the one I received from this company feels like a prototype rather than a finished product. The cap’s mouthpiece cover still has protruding rubber, unlike the smooth plastic of the original version I purchased before and is shown in the product picture. The overall finish of the mug is also less refined, making me question if they’re using pictures of the polished product but selling earlier versions.That said, the functionality remains the same. The double-walled insulation keeps drinks hot or cold as expected, and the mug itself feels durable. The silicone sealing ring and screw cap prevent leaks effectively. If the cap design or finish doesn’t bother you, this mug is still a solid choice for a variety of drinks, whether at home, on the road, or outdoors.Just be aware that there may be inconsistencies with the product compared to the advertised pictures. If your mug’s cap doesn’t match the photos, it’s up to you whether the difference is a dealbreaker.I received this item for free through the Amazon Vine program. I absolutely loved it! 100 % leak free until it without warning was 100 % leaking. So not only did I not get any coffee this morning. I also ruined a backpack, a jacket, a top, my jeans and underwater. Hot mess! Did nothing different and when I got to work I tried with water so many times to fill it and close it in different ways but when I turned it over unfortunately it was leaking all over. So sad. We had such a great time for 11 weeks. RIP little mug.
