The straps do what they are meant to do so nothing really to say about those - this review is mainly about the seller, Lichfield Trailer Centre.I ordered two pairs of these straps for my two bike carrier and due to an error was only sent one and another kind of strap but had the Thule label on it - I messaged Lichfield Trailer Centre and they immediately acknowledged the error and put another pair of the correct straps in the post - totally professional service, will definitely use these chaps again.
