The middle divider moves to accommodate a clean/dirty side as you use clean clothes. Would expect nothing less from Thule. 2 thumbs up.

The wire piping on both top and bottom of each bag and the zipper quality makes these bags work far better than the popular inexpensive bags I tried initially. Zippers never get caught on their own material closing and you are able to compress zip a fuller bag without worrying about over stressing the material or stitching

It’s not exactly a compression sack in that it doesn’t have an additional zipper to allow it to compress and hold that compression, but the separator inside of the package flexes to allow the space to be completely utilized, so fill it with clean clothes, fill it halfway with clean and dirty clothes, holds it shape. And your separating to clean from the dirty. It’s both pretty smart and pretty obvious.

I have one of these clean/dirty cubes from eagle creek. I want another but they're discontinued so I thought I'd try this. Compared to eagle creek, this is a thicker, stiffer, heavier material. The lining that separates the two sides is also ticker and stiffer, making the whole cube seem overall heavy and bulky. I suppose if you're rough on your gear, this may be useful but I'm just looking for pack organization that won't be abused. I like the idea of this type of double sided cube but I hope someone makes a lightweight version again.
