I reached out to the seller via amazon and they sent the straps promptly and the foot rest came separately later all via expedited service. I ended up misplacing the straps while the foot rest arrived and they were kind enough to send me a second!I would like to see a additional clip for the upper part of the straps, across the chest. Like in a car seat you have the upper clip to hold the straps together in a tighter parallel. Would make it feel that much more safe.

Great product and my 2nd seat, but my heels clip the side frame of the seat mount. Might be my type of mountain bike, but I must angle my heels outwards to miss them.
