Immer noch gut. Ein Jahr am Arm getragen, ein Jahr am Autospiegel gehangen, jetzt wieder am Arm. Das Gummi hat sich stark geweitet, musste es kürzen. Dies ist in der Tat ein friemeliges Geduldsspiel…aber es geht. Die Kugeln scheinen wirklich aus Holz zu sein…ich vermute Shedua. Für Wenge scheint mir die Maserung zu fein.Erst heute in der Früh habe ich das Teil benutzt um im Stau eine Atemübung durchzuführen…es hilft mir mich auf die Atmung zu fokussieren und so bedachter zu atmen und nicht in Unruhe zu geraten!Allerdings kann es auch nur ein Hilfsmittel sein, wenn man sich mit diversen Themen bereits beschäftigt hat…
