I was on a shoot and my haze in a can spray head broke off, so I popped on this filter and it did a great job. May produce undesirable halation with direct lighting in the shot. But definitely gives a hazy look and atmosphere.

Creates the same look as a smoke or haze machine without the hassle. Love it!

This is working wonders coupled with my Lumix lenses on my GH4, GH3, and OM-D EM-1. I've been trying to get that slightly soft, diffused look I've seen in many others' work out of my Micro Four Thirds cameras. It can be done with older lenses (I can get it with my Canon FD glass, for instance) but I wanted the convenience of shooting with my new lenses that are made for these sensors. This filter really helps knock the harsh, digital looking edge off the image coming from these lenses. I expect I'll buy a couple more of these in different strengths to use on my other lenses. I keep this filter stored with silica bead packets to ensure no moisture and yet still fungus. I successfully took out the glass to try and clean it but the fungus is permanently sealed between the two layers of glass
