Four stars for sturdiness, but that's only because it's a gig bag and not a hard case. There are gig bags with more padding, but there are also ones with a lot less. The material is stiff and waterproof (maybe not totally, but enough). Provided you're not slinging this around carelessly, it's perfect for most solid body electrics wirh normal shapes (tele, strat, les paul etc). I'm happy to carry my 1973 Tele Custom around in it. It will protect from the odd casual knock, but I wouldn't drop it several feet on to concrete...The straps are nice and wide, to reduce the load on your shoulders for a heavy guitar (although their lower ends are narrower).The larger of the front pockets is big enough for an A4 folder, even for quite a substantial book.It's hard to tell how long it will last, because no gig bag lasts forever. But I'd recommend this one.

This gig bag is well padded and fits either of my Ibanez RG guitars perfectly with the strap still attached (unlike my Gator case where I have to remove the strap to fit the guitar). The pockets provide ample space for a cable, iPad/iPhone and iRig adapter which is really all I need for a practice session. I also like the reflective stripes to make sure you're seen by motorists when walking home in the dark. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase considering the competitive pricing. Only time will tell if it is durable but so far it looks well made.

I liked most everything about this case. It is nicely made and smart looking. Not the best padded case I ever had but better than others.
