Kurz und knapp, sehr lecker! Sie schmecken süßlich und nussig. Sie sind nicht fester/ härter als kernige Haferflocken. Ich mag es etwas crunchy aber wenn man sie etwas einweicht, ist es auch was für die weichen Esser 😉 werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen

I had been searching for a gluten and grain free flour for every day baking for a while until I learned about Tiger Nut flour. We’ve been making delicious blueberry muffins and pancakes with it now for over a year and I can definitely say it has made a great addition to our diets. I had posted previously that I received a packet which had some kind of web like consistency with the flour. The packet was replaced and I have had the same issue again, many packs later. There are cheaper brands out there but I think the quality of the packaging and the contents of course are worth the extra cost for me. Highly recommended.

Aren't they supposed to be crunchy?I have to be honest not very knowledgeable about the uses of this.. will try toasting, or soaking for oats to see how it works out.. and will update review if necessary but would prefer organic and cheaper as they are currently double the cost of what they used to be when there was competition in the market.
