Great hat! Well made and durable. Keeps the sun off my head,ears and neck. I have a family history of skin cancer and have been wearing Tilley hats for many years!

Update to original review - Received replacement today and my rating remains at 3 stars.Nice hat but terrible customer service.I purchased a Tilley T3 Classic back in April 2023. I put the hat through an initial cleaning in my washer and washed it in accordance with washing instruction label. The hat came out fine but the wind cord completely pilled.reached out to Tilley and they eventually promised a replacement wind cord. I have been waiting since mid May for Tilley to fulfill its part and send me a replacement. They communicated on three separate occasions that a wind cord was mailed. The most recent “its in the mail” being July 14th.Will Tilley stand behind its "Guaranteed for Life" promise…not as of today

I have owned these Tilley hats for many years and know my size exactly. It may not sound important, but a quarter of an inch is the difference between tight and comfortable.

The Hat is too Big. I need more Hat but I cannot change the Size or Collor of the New Hat on yourwebsite. I am waiting for you make the Adjustment so I can order some more. In the Future I will be Buying some more Hats and other things that I need.

Hat is perfect, but it was meant to be a gift & was delivered in a clear plastic bag, only to be handed to the intended recipient 😢
