This is a review for TIME TIMER 30 Minute MOD Education Edition ⁠— Visual Timer with Desktop Software for Kids Classroom Learning, Session Timer, Study Tool and Office Meetings with Silent Operation (30min)This is the second visual timer I’ve gotten for our family. The first one was a 60-minute timer made by another manufacturer. This 30-minute timer is SUCH a good addition to our collection! It messes with my head a little bit because the numbers get larger as you go counterclockwise (and that’s opposite of the other visual timer we have), but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. I love that you can turn the beeping noise on or off with the little switch on the back and that it only takes one AA battery (and that the battery door is affixed so it won’t go missing—and you don’t need a screwdriver to open that little door). The knob in the center is a little bit hard to grip/turn, in my opinion. Overall, though, we’re pretty pleased with this timer and I have many happy pomodoro sessions planned for myself when the kids go back to school this fall.

The timer is an excellent tool for managing short activities and staying on task. The visual countdown is clear and intuitive, making it great for kids and adults alike. The removable silicone case adds durability, and the option to turn off the alarm is a thoughtful feature for quiet environments. Highly recommend for classrooms or home use!
