Tisserand Aromatherapie 'Little Box of Relaxation' Slaap

This is a good quality set and the recipient was very pleased with it.

Great to set one in a mood to wind down for day. Relaxing and comforting at the same inducing sleep. Have now incorporated into my sleep routine. Works wonders.

I love a bed time ritual, I find it really helps me sleep. I had been using the 'Sentered' 'Escape' scent at bedtime and had grown very used to it. I thought I would give this little set from Tisserand a try as I had used there lavender previously and really liked it - it has a real coarse lavender scent - no too sweet like some others.There are three roller ball vials in the set, one to be applied 2 hours before bed, one one hour before and the final, lavender one at bed time. The lavender is great, of course, I knew I would love that. Of the true comfort and breathe deep, I defiantly prefer the true comfort.I do find using 3 products at separate times a little difficult, I tend to apply late evening as and when I remember and then always the lavender of course.I scent persists for a little under an hour.I do like ths, I do think it helps, but I find the regime a little over complex.
