I bought this non-original toner hoping to save some money, but it’s not worth the trouble. The prints are faint grey instead of sharp black, and to make it worse, there are streaks and other uneven patches across the page. I’ve tried reinstalling the toner, shaking it, and even cleaning the printer, but nothing improves the quality.The overall performance is extremely disappointing, and it’s clear the toner isn’t up to standard. I’ll be replacing it with an original toner to avoid further issues. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this one—it’s not worth the few bucks you save.

La stampante inizialmente non ha riconosciuto il prodotto, utilizzando il qr code all'interno della confezione si è aperta una chat automatica in inglese per il supporto. È stato sufficiente pulire con un panno la superficie del chip e la stampante ha riconosciuto la cartuccia. Ottimo servizio clienti, conoscendo l'inglese.
