Fits perfectly, I was suprised that it actually comes with a mouse. The material is well made. The magnet strenght is good enough. Since there is no protection against a screen I would recommend buying a screen protector or just not adding the keyboard while closed. Bluetooth connection is stable but there is no battery indication in Bluetooth menu. The only indicator is on the keyboard itself. It starts to miss letters and the Power LED starts flashing. Typing experience is the same what you would expect at this pricepoint (cheap laptop keyboard feeling). Great surprise was that both the mouse and the keyboard is coming with USB-C.

The Redmi Pad Pro is a large screen Android tablet and while this case may be especially designed for it I think the keyboard is a generic model which can also provide functionality in Windows or iOS. Being magnetically attached to the case, the keyboard can be removed and left behind if heavy duty typing is not anticipated. It is this very "movability" which allows the case to be folded in different positions, to present the screen as most convenient. I still have access to the keyboard even if not attached.Connection between tablet and keyboard is via Bluetooth. First pairing is quick and afterwards seems instantaneous.The case is very conventional, with a plastic tray which grips the tablet. Included is a full length slot to take a pencil. There are cut outs for camera lens and side mounted controls. The keyboard connects easily by Bluetooth but has a very "dead" feeling when typing. I imagine this is inevitable because the keys have exceedingly little travel - because the entire keyboard is so thin.The keyboard is cramped, but this is of necessity. The QWERTY keyboard has to fit into the spatial confines of tablet size and this means smaller keys closer together. It is too easy to hit adjacent keys when typing at speed. Nonetheless, using this keyboard is much better than using an on screen keyboard. I don't consider my tablet a substitute for a "proper" computer but if travelling "light" my tablet, with this keyboard (and mouse too), makes a very acceptable substitute. I like a backlit keyboard so this one scores again, but I am indifferent to choosing different coloursThe keyboard is held in place by magnetism. Although I did worry that the keyboard might slide from the case when not in use this worry has proved to be unfounded. This setup is a very workable solution to providing a better, but portable, typing system for my Redmi tablet.
