ボード、スキー板のエッジを点てる為のヤスリですが、アートワックスの切削用に重宝してます。市販されてるワックス用の波目ヤスリよりも削り易く、そして削り跡がとても綺麗に仕上がります。勿論慣れが必要ですけどね。他の番手も欲しくなります。

Ich habe die Feile gekauft um den Kunststoffauftrag nach der Ski- Reparatur zu entfernen, hat super funktioniert. Die Feile ist nicht sehr groß, was aber schon vor dem Kauf klar war, also eventuell nicht für optimal verwendbar für den Einsatz an der Karosserie.

I use this to maintain the edge bevel on several pairs of skis. The solid carbide is tough and sharp enough to take care of work hardened areas that would otherwise need a diamond stone. This takes a lot of metal off, so you don't want to use it all that often, but it brings edges back in one or two passes. When it gets a little dull, just shift its position in the file holder to bring a new surface into play.

This is one beefy, sharp little beast. Unfortunately, it is a little too wide to fit in my base guide (I have a Ski Man adjustable base bevel guide for reference), but no problems with the side-wall guide and man-oh-man does this thing bite. You don't have to make many passes to get your edge in shape with this file.
