I really liked the previous model of this selfie stick, it even survived Iceland weather and hence ordered again when it broke after serving me well for a year. They did offer me complete refund, full credit to customer support.This model however has a different approach to fix phone in portrait mode and it just doesn’t feel secure for bigger phones like my 16 pro max. Another issue is on portrait mode as I have to fix really towards the end of phone it keeps pressing the camera control button, this might damage the button in long run I think.The previous model had really good mechanism for both portrait and landscape mode, well…still keeping it for sturdiness. Till next iteration…peace.
