We had one mounted and over time the plastic parts broke on 4 of our holders these were able to slide into the current mounted holder so we didn't have to buy all of a new one & saved us from possibly having to drill new holes in the concrete building. Comes with small anchors & Screws to mount it with. NO bar included. Arrived super fast.

snappy, easy to install and use - I use this to support a long stick with a hook on the end, needed to open old-style transom windows, and use it every day. I like how it stands out a wee bit from the wall, making the grasp easy
