I will be using this grinding disk together with an SDS hammer drill to clean out 32 m2 of old mortar joints. To try out the disk I cleaned about 1 meter of joints and so far it seems pretty promising:* Cutting speed is ok and the bricks appear fresh again!* Compared to smaller cutting disks this mortar disk feels quite heavier/weighty.* The amount of dust generation needs to be taken into account: respirators are a must!The project will tell how long the disk remains effective. Based on my early experiences, I would purchase the disk again.Shipment went smooth! I recommend purchasing at the seller.Update 12-10-2023:Edit afer using the tool: I felt awkward using this tool and quit using it. It felt unsafe to use this rotating disc at such a high rpm, besides wearing PPE's. For small areas it's OK, but for bigger surfaces I wouldn't recommend it (too risky if you ask me).
