I purchased this elevated feeder primarily to use when traveling with my dog. He eats from a heavy wooden feeder at home, which is not portable, so for some time I just brought his bowls with me and put them on the floor in our rental property. But I knew he was not comfortable leaning all the way down (he's a large dog, mostly Lab) to the floor, especially since he didn't need to at home. I looked at a lot of similar products but opted for this one largely because of its ability to fold down to a small size. I have used it now on several trips with my pup and it's worked very well. It doesn't take up a lot of room in the car and it's very easy to set up when we arrive. I bring a rubberized placemat with me to put underneath it and that keeps the legs from slipping as well as catching any crumbs that may escape. I also usually position it against a wall or some other sturdy object, which also keeps it steady. My dog seems much happier with the elevated bowls to eat and drink from. The bowls are of good quality and wash up easily. Very happy with my purchase!

It is great and you can easily adjust the height levels,sturdy and good size bowls for medium to large dogs

Bought this for our middle-sized dog because he struggled to eat from a bowl placed on the floor. This arrived super quick, is super easy to mount/demount, and is very sturdy compared to what I expected for the price. The only negative thing is that the bowls are quite light and move easily when the dog is licking the last pieces of food of it, causing a sound that scares him a little bit. The bowls however still stay in place and I think he will get used to it eventually.
