I have never been able to buy a hat that fits in a shop. This hat is ideal. It is actually a tiny bit too large, but could be resized with the drawstring. Very light-weight, yet strong. Good ventilation too.

Purchased originally for sun protection whilst holidaying in Tunisia. As my work has me outside all-day, I also started using it at work. I've found it perfect for both sunny and rainy days.I don't wear it tightly on my head, so the strap is useful on windy days.The rear venting mesh helps, but my head can still get sweaty in very hot weather.Overall, I'm very happy with it. A worthwhile purchase.

I initially ordered this for myself, for fishing, but my girlfriend has purloined it as a sun hat. This was partially due to some moans and niggles I had about it but mainly because she liked it.I have quite a large head (60cm) so was happy to see that this came in a variety of clearly specified sizes. At first I was disappointed with the size as it felt too big but a quick adjustment of the elasticised draw cord at the back fixed that. The brim is also a lot larger than I was expecting. For my partner this was a good thing as it keeps the sun off but I felt it didn't really suit me. One of the main selling points for me was the waterproof aspect. If I'm standing in the rain fishing it's be nice to keep my head dry. The problem I have is that there's a large vent at the bag so not sure how this is going to keep me dry. As a summer hat though it's great to prevent you from getting burned either by the pool or when you're out and about.Overall it's a well made hat and feels pretty premium. Unfortunately it didn't really suit me. However my other half is delighted to have it.

I struggle to find hats (as my head is 64cm with my hair shaved in a grade 1 all over.)Ordered 1 of these, and all I can say is that I finally found my holy grail of sun hats - fits like a dream and is superbly well made.I have ordered three more (baseball cap with neck covering as well) - simply because they are so amazing.

These are packed in a way that creates almost permanent creases so when wearing the rim is all over the place and not very appealing to the eye
