I like that I don't need to hang this over the door. I'm using it under the door and it's doing a great job. I'm actively trying to increase my lower back strength and sit ups are a part of that. This has done a great job - I've been able to slip it under the door, get my workout done, quickly remove it, quickly wrapp the band / strap thing around the middle of it and stick it in the cupboard. The foam bits are a nice wide size, so you can really wrap your legs around it which I really like or hook it against your ankles, and because it's a wider foam your ankles don't really move. No complaints, five star rating from me

Den Curl Strap von Topfinder habe ich im Rahmen des amazon vine Programms kostenfrei zum Test erhalten.Geliefert wird dieser in einer Kartonverpackung ohne Beschreibung oder Übungsanleitung, es lassen sich aber in den üblichen Videoportalen genug Anwendungsbeispiele finden.Die Qualität das Geräts ist gut, die Nähte sind alle hochwertig verarbeitet und das Gewebeband ist hochwertig und stabil ausgeführt. Bei solchen Sportgeräten ist die Schaumstoffpolsterung oft ein Manko, hier ist der Schaumstoff aber sehr formstabil, klebt nicht, ist einfach zu reinigen und riecht gar nicht nach Chemie.Insgesamt zum Preis von 23 Euro eine sinnvolle Ergänzung für das Training zu Hause und ich kann eine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.

Le Nordic Curl est incroyable pour cibler les muscles ischio-jambiers. Sa conception simple mais efficace permet un mouvement fluide et contrôlé, ce qui le rend idéal pour renforcer cette zone souvent négligée. J'ai vraiment ressenti une activation intense de mes ischio-jambiers dès les premières utilisations. De plus, sa compacité en fait un excellent ajout à ma routine d'entraînement à domicile.

Mi marido suele hacer ejercicio en casa, ya que no tiene mucho tiempo. Y cuando vi este aparato pensé que le podría gustar, no lo conocía, pero buscó videos sobre él y se quedó alucinado con lo que se podía hacer. Lo probó realizando sentadillas, abdominales y varios más. Y es obvio, pero decir que hay que engancharlo en una puerta pero no en la parte que se abre hacia ti, lo digo porque hemos visto varios videos que lo hacen así y es muy peligroso. Es cómodo de usar y ocupa poco espacio, prácticamente nada.
