This could be right but it is not. The ring is far off center to the holes in the plate. The biggest problem is that it list is as stainless steel and it is not. It is some kind of steel (very magnetic) with what looks like zinc plating over it. Because I really need to finish the install, I will use it. First I have to cut the ring off the plate and spray both parts with galvanizing paint. Then I will remount the ring to the hole in the floor. Then i can mount the plate where it shroud be. Huge waste of time because the part is poorly made and of the wrong material.

Very badly made out of mild steel , and the 4 welds won’t last very long .

It’s magnetic and you can see a zinc coating on it, not stainless steel
