These cutters are great. My only comment is I wished I knew how far open the blades got before hand. Some situations were a little tough to cut because I couldn't fit them in. I might have gone for the long blades rather than the bulldog.

I bought these when I first started sheet metal work a year ago and for bulldog snips they don't work nearly as well as I hoped. It takes a lot of effort to cut through S locks which is primarily what I bought them for. Recently upgraded to Midwest, but for the price, I guess it was okay to start with.

My normal bulldog is Midwest. I been buying tough built product and they are good. But these bulldogs fell short on performance. Even with both grips i wasn't able to easily cut the metal compared to Midwest bulldogs. It was definitely tougher to cut. I'm sticking Midwest
