This is an excellent buy for anyone who's either already an expert or just starting out with Origami. Only one side is coloured, but that doesn't matter because most Origami creations are folded in such a way that only one side of the paper is visible on the completed model. As long as you realize how to start folding in order to get the colour on the outside of your model, you'll be fine.This paper is the right thickness to be easily folded, but not easily ripped. I have folded very intricate designs with this paper, which has been fiddly at times, as the size is quite small, but if you're careful and nimble with your fingers, it won't be a problem.Also, if you're trying to teach a young child to do Origami (as I am), smaller paper might be a bit too fiddly when showing less enthusiastic little ones how to make more complicated folds. But paper boats, planes and other general models would be ideal to start them off using this size of paper, so they can practice making more accurate creases etc. Most kids are already experts at making those anyway.I will definitely buy another box when all these are gone. The sheets come in a sturdy little perspex box for storage and it's so handy to have beside you to delve into when you're feeling creative. In fact, these sheets would be very useful for any creative idea that requires lovely colourful paper. Very good purchase.
