I wasn't sure at first but it turns out that this TPM module is compatible with my Gigabyte b360m-ds3h Motherboard. According to the Motherboard Documentation only the TPM module GC-TPM2.0_S is compatible. The S doesn't appear on this TPM module but it seems to be compliant. After installing I was able to convert the boot disk from MBR to GPT and enable secure boot and UEFI bios (from legacy bios).This means that my PC is now available for Windows 11 Upgrade.
