Had a key broken in the lock and didn't fancy paying £150 for a locksmith so ordered these. I didn't know what I was doing to be honest, just tried both sides of the lock with the individual items and got lucky. Just shows that you don't necessarily need training to use them, I suppose you could try a video of attempted removals, but the money I paid for these was worth every penny. Keeping them safe in case I need them again, or another family member has issues with locks and broken keys. Great stuff!!
