Super easy setup with this e-sim solution. A lot easier than buying physical travel sims like I've done in the past and having to risk losing my main sim while using a temporary one.With this product, I can leave my main sim in the phone the entire time, and simply active a e-sim secondary sim and toggle between them in my android setting. The setup takes less than 5 minutes and I was able to have internet connectivity while traveling. The connection was great majority of the time, just occasionally when I found myself in really crowded areas. Delivered on all my expectations, great overall!

Even though there's plenty of data - specifically, 25 gigs in 30 days, which is quite generous, the fact that it can only be used in Australia is a bit limiting. most SIMs have some roaming capabilities as well, and so even though this may be more challenging as geographically, Australia is a bit more remote, it'd be nice if it was also able to be used in New Zealand for example. The e-sim was simple to set up, and doesn't require any physical removal or replacement with the current SIM you have.

I'll be able to use this when I travel to Australia, I'll get internet access but I won't be able to make calls nor use SMS text messaging, which I'm perfectly good with as I rarely need to make phone calls, most of my calls nowadays is via video conference which will work over data. I did some research and I learned TravSIM uses Optus as their service provider in Australia, they're a national carrier so I'd expect they'll have decent coverage. Bear in mind to plan this in advance at least a couple of days prior to leaving.Up to now, the process looks super easy and does exactly what it is advertised to do.The beauty of this eSIM is that there is no hassle to find and buy a SIM card upon setting foot in the country. Depending on the time of arrival, the next question is: would that internet shop be open already. So, in this respect, I think that prior installation of this eSIM could be the answer to prevent a lot of headaches.Having said all this, if I can afford to wait until I get to a local store, with the same eSIM features, the cost would be considerably less than the price tag of $64. The decision is now between hassle-free and cost.
