When Cheeto was little we had the pop up tent. That was fine. Now he's full grown and a large cat so I wanted to give him more space and make it a little easier to fetch him out when he was being stubborn. This was perfect. It's light enough that if you want to move it around 2 people can do it in a pinch. Sturdy enough it won't be knocked over. Makes it so your kitty can hang out with you outside

The product is really amazing. I got it for a feral cat that lives around my house and now she comes sits under it and eats there most the time, though she still don't like going inside it, but again it's a feral cat. I'm sure a house cat, or a domesticated stray cat would love living in it. Easy to assemble and good quality.

We bought this back in 2017 for our cat, and have been very happy with it. It is made out of light weight wood, ours is used inside and have moved it 2 times with no problems. I remove the ramp and break it into 3 parts: cage end section, middle cage section and housing area. He has free roam during the day but at night or when we leave we put him in here. There is plenty of room for his litter box (we have a litter robot, it will not go thru the door when I need to wash it so I tip the cage up and pull it from the bottom), food, water he has a bed inside and we hung a hammock in the cage area as well. If you were to use this outdoors I would recommend using a good quality sealer so you can get several years of use out of it, (at lease keep it under cover. the one we received is kind of reddish/ orange in color which is ok but would have preferred a more natural color. The ramp and roof are like a shingle material and it will drop little pieces (especially the ramp) for the 1st several months of use.
