These are great. They have nice and punchy bass that's well controlled, very detailed mids and treble without being shrill or sibilant, but is still very forward sounding and engaging. These are the opposite of a relaxed listen, but they do it without being harsh and that's a rare thing in IEMs. The staging width and depth is pretty decent overall, and the imaging is razor sharp and I could see these being very good for gaming. The included cable has an inline mic that works with the 3.5mm TRRS connector, but that can be swapped out for a 4.4mm plug to run them balanced and the cable itself is actually pretty nice. They give you a TON of tips in all different sizes, you get foams, 2 standard types of silicone tips in white and black, a set that is almost identical to Moondrop Spring tips that I'd count as wide bore, and a set that is almost identical to SednaEarfit Xelastecs but stickier and more flexible. There's also an included hard case that's a nice addition and seems to be water tight and fits the IEMs in it easily, but it's a pretty tight fit if you put a balanced dongle DAC in there, too, and with some of my thicker aftermarket cables, it straight up won't fit with something like a Questyle M15i in there with them, but it is very sturdy and locks nice and tight. The fit of the IEMs themselves are also another good upside, though they are a little heavy (solid metal shell, super strong), but small enough to fit comfortably and not create any pressure in my ear. There are 3 total filters to tune the sound, red is the bassiest and a little sloppy sounding but overall really smooth and pleasant, the green are almost just as much bass but much more controlled and the detail is noticeably increased with these filters and is the best overall out of the three sets at basically everything to my ears, and the black set, which is installed from the factory, is the worst overall to my ear with the least amount of bass and a really huge ear gain peak that makes them sound much too forward and shouty. I'd just go for the green ones, they do everything best.Overall, this set really surprised me, I figured for around $60, it was probably going to be just another set with middling technicalities all around, but it's actually shockingly capable with the dual coaxial setup sneaking that micro planar in to really give a solid jump in resolution to the mids and treble. With the build quality, flexibility of options with the nozzles and ample tips, and a nice carrying case, these are impossible to beat at the price and from a pure sound quality standpoint, these easily compete with some of the best sets around $130-$150 and still have better accessories. Definitely recommended for someone trying to dip their toes in, but doesn't want a flat and boring reference sound.
