My grandson uses this on the ice and off and it is helping him in many ways if you have a ice or roller hockey player this is a great gift

8 year old uses it to practice his shot and stick handling and I saw an increase in shot power and hand quickess.

These stick weights fit over both of my kid's sticks as they should. They have both used the weights, one a bit more than the other, but I haven't noticed a big change for either. The extra/swappable weights is a nice feature for those that want to progress through them. My kid's haven't made negative comments about them, but they don't rush to use them either.Easy to install, easy to use, just not sure if they make a difference.
