Enjoyable level of spiciness Nothing too crazy here. Has a good aroma. The fruity notes are coming through nicely. Would buy again!

This really is what it says on the tin. It really has a strong Scotch Bonnet taste without being ridiculously hot. It is hot compared to something like Tabasco, but still edible, unlike some of the sauces that are all heat and no flavour. They have used real flavour for this sauce and not simply loaded it with salt.
