TRS Garam Masala is een mix van aromatische kruiden, voornamelijk gebruikt voor het op smaak brengen van Noord-Indiase gerechten. Garam Masala kan worden gebruikt als kruiderij bestrooid op pakora's en samosa's of als een mix met yoghurt om een uitstekende garnering te maken. Om de frisheid en smaak te behouden bewaren in een luchtdichte verpakking, op een koele, droge plaats.

Hace poco me compré un robot cocina, y una de las recetas que trae incluía este ingrediente. Intenté encontrarlo en el súper y no fui capaz, entonces se me iluminó la bombilla y pensé en Amazon, y no me arrepiento.Es una bolsa que trae mucha cantidad, me va a durar una buena temporada. Con poca cantidad llega, y deja un sabor excepcional. En casa ha gustado mucho.En un principio lo probamos con pollo tikka, pero ahora también lo añadimos a otro tipo de comidas, como puede ser la pasta, y le da otro toque.Por poner una pega, viene en una bolsa en vez de un bote, para solventar este “problema”, lo que hemos echo es pasarla a un bote. Los botes los vende también en Amazon, y son para rellenar con especias.Personalmente me parece una compra recomendable.
